You can put the 11.2" rubber but they will look pretty Scrawny, compared to the 13.6" Your "H" most likely came with something equal to 12.4x38", possibly 10x38" in the older size system, but everyone opted for at least 12.4x38 when replacing the old tires..
Personally, I LIKE larger rubber on my older tractors..(I USE them)...
Remember, 11.2" is one full size Smaller than 12.4x38" and "will work", if that is ok with your uses..
