Thank you for all the suggestions. Actually it belongs to my brother. His wife works in the US Embassy in Zimbabwa ,Africa. Not sold in the US. Owners manual is in Japanese. They just bought it from a former Embassy person. I need to find more about it. He just happened to turn it on going down the road. Not sure what it would do in conditions where you needed it.
