He reminds me of a friend that past this spring, Mr. Richard Young. He could fix anything. He and has boys rebuilt big engines in ships, Locomotives construction car truck, Well you name it they worked on it. He worked for one of the BTO's and knew IH equipment inside and out it the point IH would call he for a fix or re-engineer on something. You would have been hard pressed to find anyone who could weld better than he could. Build anything fix anything he could do it all. He would take the time to answer any question you could ask and tell you how to fix it or he would say let me get this done and I'll be right up to look at it and see how to fix it. These kind of guys are hard to come by and loosing one hits hard when they are gone. I always called him Mr. Young and he would always say just call Richard or Dick, You don't have to call me Sir or Mister. I would always say but you have earned that right Mr. Young and he would just laugh every time. I have a lot of respect for him and his family and he is truly missed. Bandit
