I don't like ANYONE else to work on my cars. I have a good friend who is a mechanic and i trust him to do the bigger/harder/more complex stuff and tires. but anything else... if something goes wrong and i do it i know how to resolve it.
yeah at $12.95 they will try to sell you lots of things. I didn't even like taking ours in for the "free changes" when it was new. buggers (used to be Hall's in mishawaka) ended up scratching up the new car with the "free" car wash.
