If you had all the parts rolling around in a sink I wouldn't re-use them. These parts are highly machined to very very close tolerances. So any scratches they may have received while in the sink may prove them un-useable. Injection pumps are not to be taken apart by us that are unskilled or in a dirty atmosphere.
