Not real sure I am buying getting drunk during lunch hour. That would be atleast or equivalent to about 5 beers for a lower body weight woman. Not saying it didn't happen. Would be alot easier to do if drinking hard booze and maybe she was. Anyways, working under the influence is un-acceptable. If she refused help or probation, the right thing to do is send her down the road. Normal policy for about anyplace of employment. You probly better just let it end at the employer/employee seperation process and be glad she's gone. Let what you find be a lesson to you as far as current and future employee's. If she was doing personal stuff on company computer, you better watch the others. They are or will too. That is a huge problem in the work force today. Employees doing personal stuff on company time wether it be on the company computer, or their own personal cell phone. I would forget her and turn that same focus to current employees. Check them out instead of messing with someone that is already gone.
