The weather guessers are saying this will be the 2nd coldest November on record. we had a little snow yesterday and that's the 2nd. I remember 1976 very well. It was my 1st year of college. The 10th of November I had to come home to help feed the cattle because of a 8" snow and Dad was in Kentucky. It snowed every holiday before Jan 1st 1977 and every Tuesday until Valentine's day. The 10th of January it was -18, that's the coldest I've seen here. I hope we're not in for that.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
