4th photo down captures some perspective. I remember how the plateaus below, look as if you were viewing them from a window of an airplane, yet you are just standing at the lookout point. That is a long way down. Seen it twice so far, its really something when there are snow squalls off in the distance. Last time I was there, it had been snowing most of the day, almost a foot somewhere in the vicinity where I stayed, lot of pine trees as I recall where this was. I did a trip from Albuquerque NM to Colorado, Utah, then down to AZ, eventually to California. A person could disappear for a good long while out there, so much to see. I tried it for a month, was a lot of fun.
