yes that loader and frame will fit. 168 loader was a wider at the mast then the 158 loader to accommodate the wider hood of a 4640.168 loader is the same width as a JD 725 loader. The width between the frame rail are the same between 4640 and 4020 just the hood is wider. The standard bucket is a 8 ft for a 168.
