I want to thank everyone for the kind words and complements. My wife and I have been truly Blessed to be able to travel as much as we have. I have told her that if she would only have had a string of camels when we got married we could have been real Gypsies. With over seven thousand hours of logged instrument hours as a commercial rated pilot I have seen a lot in my lifetime. I will post some pictures in a day or two some beautiful pictures that I have taken from the cockpit. Sometimes no more than the end of a runway in the fog can be a beautiful site. Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
