The A front end would fit and give you the steering on the right/correct side, but the center pivot would be offset to the right and the front end would never be able to follow in the tracks of the rear wheels.
If you set the A front to follow in the B's rear wheel tracks, the steering will be goofy. One wheel will be dragging or digging any time you go around a corner.
A C front end would fit, but you'd have a heck of a time hooking up the steering. The steering shaft enters a C bolster on the left side, but the B's steering wheel is on the right.
