Hi as others said that 3rd axle is the biggest disadvantage other than detachable ramps. guys round here are long fed up with 3 axle problems and they don't sell, or not quick if they do.
Guys that put heavy use on trailers, I know are moving to dual wheels and 2 10.000 axles. I would say in my area 2 axle that would a $6500 candian plus trailer depending on age and it's right. here 3 axle you might get $3000 or a bit more IF the right guy came along that needed it. I was looking and guys wanted more for Beat.To.---- trailers!, than they paid in 2000 for them. I priced new in 2000 so know. In the end I just quit looking and hire a nice trailer if i need it.
try a sensible price or Best offer as is, if you get it sell it if not keep it. There are a few guys round here keeping them with 3 axles, or 2 axle, no beaver deck, or flip over ramps, and they re appear about twice a year at same over price in classifieds I watch. Regards Robert
