I can confirm that it is most definitely a Theiman.
Early style and has been retrofitted with a front end off a Regular.
The engine mounts mark it as a early style, later ones were welded to the frame. Early style was also high steer but the front end was welded assembly and no reduction on the steering like the Regular. One of the week links with Theiman's was the large gear on the steering as they were prone to breaking. guessing this is what happened and this tractor was retrofitted with the Regular front end. Either that or someone wanted a dual front wheel instead of the single that the tractor would have had.
Theiman's were sold in kit form usually through Ford car dealers. Dealers would many times take their old trade in's and do the conversion. Kits were also made for Chevy 4's , Dodge and Ford flathead V8's.
By the way the H in THEIMAN does nothing in the pronounciation. Say it like the hot or cold drink and man, TEA MAN.
