Need to know the value of the cover over the spark-advance on an E4A magneto.
We purchased an E4A magneto that was in good condition...
However, it was not well-cushioned inside the box and the lever/arm of the cover that goes over the spark-advance was broken off during shipping (it's a cast piece).
Seller is willing to refund part of the price... so we need to know what it would cost to replace that particular part.
Thanks if you can help out with pricing information. We want to be fair to the seller, but we also want the price reduced by the value of the broken part.
