IIRC, they run a little higher than the older tractors with similar engines, maybe 45 to 60 at high idle.
NOT sure what to expect at slow idle.
It was common for the older C-113 and C-123 engines to warp the oil pump cover, causing a drop in oil pressure, especially at idle, and AFAIK your 140 has the same setup, so that's the first place I'd look if oil pressure is disappointing.
