Looks pretty similar to the building that the JD dealer had in Hillsboro, ND, when I was a kid. The place had wood floors and smelled of oil and new rope whenever I went inside.
I often thought that if that building ever caught fire with those oil soaked wood floors, it would be a really hot fire that would be tough to put out.
