Well, let's be clear. That young bear did not get into that situation because he was off in the woods minding his manners. He was up by a building looking for easy pickings. Could just as likely have taken a calf or broke into the chicken house or tore open a bin. Let him go and he will just come back. Needs to be dealt with early in the game.
