Gary:
You have what is called a GRAY MARKET tractor, in other words it was never "authorized" by Yanmar Corporation for shipment to the United States.
From your video, the little lever under the left side of the dash should be the "Decompression" lever, if the engine spins rapidly while holding the lever down and turning the key to the "start" position. Using the Decompression Lever pre-lubes the engine before starting, give it a little bit of throttle when it is spinning rapidly and the engine should start right up without any need for Glow-Plugs or Pre-Heater.
On mine (YM 1300 D-A) it does NOT have Glow-Plus but instead has a little cup that you fill with Diesel, and then turn the key to the Left to the Pre-Heat position. This preheats that little cup of fuel and injects it into the engine to make starting easier in VERY COLD weather. Living in Southern Nevada I've never needed to use it.
As far as WHEN your tractor was made, you need to do some diligent research. The closest I've been able to come on mine is 1976.

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
