If you pull the oil pan off, you will see which cylinder that the leak is occurring. If you wipe the inside of the sleeve with a tissue, you may find that the coolant is leaking down the inside of the sleeve. This should indicate that he coolant is traveling down the sleeve, from above the piston.I would then pull the head. Look for cracks in the head or in the top of the block. Or just pull the head and leave the pan alone.
Or buy a product call K-Seal. It is a permanent leak sealer. Radiator stop leak products are usually only going to work for about two years, but A couple of them say they are permanent sealers. SDE
