If you have all the studs out and the block out of the unit, take it to an automtive machine shop and have a stitch weld put between the stud hole and the liner bore. I had this done on a Case VAC block that was cracked between all the liner bores,what I don't remember is,if I had the deck resurficed. The liners fit the bores without any problem.
