It'll go as low as Opec needs it to go to put us and Russia out of the drilling business. Couldn't believe it last Saturday, North Platte was 30 cents higher than McCook. Normally it's the other way around. When McCook was still at 2.50 Chadron was at 1.71. They even made the news as cheapest in the country.
