A sliding door won't work on sloping ground, and a swing door won't work with a sloping roof. Contact a overhead door dealer and get dimensions for a double wide garage door opening. Your 19' opening is about right for that type of door. You can frame the top and sides for a perfect fit. There is no danger to anyone from winds and the building is not stressed. Some dealers will give you their used doors because they will usually junk them. If you get this type of door, some effort will create an attractive solution. If your building has electricity, you can install an opener with remote control.
