Wow! I don't know what else to say.....? I don't know how many, and I mean many, families in my area of MN could afford anything else. My wife and I were just talking about this today. We don't consider ourselves "wealthy" by any means, but compared to many in our county, we would be, and are, viewed as wealthy. And I don't know how we could afford anything else for our MN winter heat. I can't imagine what many others would be facing.
