Yesterday after I couldn't get that darned FBI thing off my laptop, I shut it off again and used another computer we have. This morning just for grins and giggles, I turned this laptop on again and it works like it always has. I did go into programs and found a new program that was installed yesterday (I didn't install it) I un installed it. I have malware protection on here and don't know why it didn't work like it's supposed to. Thanks for all the help and suggestions. Keith

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
