Twenty some years ago I was sent to fix a computer problem at a customer's company. It was like 30 minutes before they closed. I had no idea what was wrong. So a sales guy from my company called me to tell me how important it was to have it fixed by 5pm. I explained I would get it fixed as soon as I figured out what was wrong and as fast as I could. He told me again how important it was that it was fixed by 5pm. Again I explained... The conversation looped again and again until I told him every minute he was talking to me was another minute I didn't have to work on the problem and hung up. Boy was he ticked!
Why some people persist in believing that demanding things strongly enough makes them happen escapes me.

Today's Featured Article - Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
