When we milked cows we hauled manure all winter long with a John Deere A with 85-140 in it and never had trouble shifting it. Your Hy guard will not give the lub to trans-rearend in summer (Gets thin in hot weather). With the 80-90 or 85-140 the trans-rearend will run quieter than Hy guard. If I had to run Hy guard I would add Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer to carry and hold some of that Hy guard in top gears of tranny.
