I think both of you guys are onto something. It sounds like it might have an M&W live power take-off clutch set up that is far out of adjustment. Following David's lead, does that axle have apparatus on it that the other one doesn't? If there is a cover on the brake that says M&W on it, I bet that's the problem. gm
