: Well, I did it -- got my 9N stuck for the first time. I was clearing brush and found a mud hole I did not know existed.

: I'm sunk in nearly to the axle -- I can't go forward and I can't go backwards. The mud hole just laughs when I chain the 9N to my 4x2 F150 and try to pull it out that way.

: Any tricks to try before I go calling neighbors with bigger tractors?

With Respect to Jack, a number of people have been killed by rollover when they tried the "hold the rear wheels trick". Have been stuck to many

Obviously, if you have horsepower or winch pull it out. But the old way works well, shovel down to the bottom of each wheel, with a jack, raise each one at a time and place stones, planks etc. under until it is on firm footing, Then dig trenches with planks, stones, pulpwood (preferred) behind and back out. Oh yes, the six
pack is a nice addition for this fitness exercise :>

It would be a great day for the collies and the terrier dogs, rats and mice would be at the bottom of the stacks so the dogs, would have a busy time hunting and killing, all the corn was gathered and ricked in what we c ...
