Just get red.It will bend easily.Not to worry about breaking!Do a good job.Think as you go. Even if they dont work so good at first,that's OK. The practice/experience will serve well as you get older and continue to work on old tractors.....Remember...As I said I have made lots of 'parts' like that. Some I used some artistic 'flair/liscence and put my own 'twist' on things.Kind of improved on 'factory".Those little things are what keeps things interesting.And adds GREAT conversation at shows!Steve

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
