I have one and it works great. If you have a long haired dog you may have problems in the winter with the hair. Make sure you get one with different shock levels and one that you can shut the warnig off, I had a chocolate lab and he would sit in the warning area for the minute and wait for the system to shut off and then run thru it. He also got to where he would sit and take the shock until it shut off. I bought another controller that I could control how much shock it would put out and on high it would almost floor him. Never had a problem after a couple treatments of that. I could shut the system down for a week and they would stay in. The deer would avoid the wire like mad unless it was snow covered

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
