I am way more organized than that here, But I have been hiring High school boys for the past 15 years to help pick and clean. I recruit from a couple local school Vo-Ag classes and a tech school near here. I have 2 working here now, they are great help with the cleaning and picking part and they help with the hoods and this and that of repair, plus they learn a lot on the way.They all seem to enjoy working here as part time help, and that is all that I want is part time, it helps out a lot. It also helps to have "designated" places for all the tools, so as they put them away it's in the "same" place each time, I am strict about that and they soon see why.
