Hi are the heaters that quit frost plug heaters?. If so something may be wrong with the installation. A couple i have put in different motors had instructions as to which frost plug to put them in. and which direction the element needed to be installed in the block. On reading the instructions they have said after re filling coolant run motor before first heater use. Thats kinda dumb to me when you' re changing it in - 25 because it wouldn't start L.O.L. Is the heater big enough for the job also. Personally if it was me I'd put a 1000w plus circulating heater on if you can plumb it right with the in and out flow.. My valtra has a plug heater, My belarus has a circulating. in - 30 oc the circulating is a better starting tractor. You can feel the heat difference in the blocks, and how quick I get cab heat between the 2. It's like comparing a cigarette lighter, to a propane tiger torch in truth. Regards Robert
