Got my 'new' IH 464 running real good,every thing works fine except the 3pt hitch won't go down.Looked and the linkage is hooked up and working.Any Ideas? Also this is the Industrial model and under the hydraulic housing there is a hose that runs out and makes a short loop right back into the housing next to where it comes out.Is this for a remote valve for the loader?
