Ford 4000?

I am considering buying what is marked as a Ford 4000.
It is blue in color, but has sort of the shape
of an oversized 8N, or 600, and doesn't appear to be
as big as the blue 70's models 4000's. The original
owner still has it & is selling due to his poor
health. Claims he bought it new in 1964. Is this really a Ford 4000? Any advice is appreciated.
