My inlaws used to cut 300 acres yearly fourty years with 2 H farmalls and 7ft mowers.If they got behind they would put the 300 on a 3rd mower.They used "Interhollandeere" mowers.A IH semimount balance head frame,Deere crazywheel and a NH pittmanless 7' bar assembly/drive.They completely wore out two of them.Then went to a 9' haybine pulled by a 400.As to how long? 2-3 hours?
