Whew! That was an ordeal,but I got it. I needed to order some parts from DB Parts Limited. They said they'd take a Visa by phone or a cashiers check in British Pounds. I went to two banks and couldn't get a check made out that way,the last one said I'd probably have to go all the way to Grand Rapids to get one. The gal at the first bank said she had relatives over there and called quite often and she didn't have long distance on her home phone. She said call 01-01-811 then the number and there'd be a one time charge and a per minute charge. I tried that and it didn't work either. I ended up calling Verizon and enabling international calling. They said there wouldn't be a monthly charge,just a per minute charge. I called and got through.
