If you want an economy line tire than the BKt you're looking at or some of the various Galaxy tires will more than suffice. Galaxy, in my opinion is about the best lasting cheap tire there is out there today. If you want a long lasting hard pulling tire on dry surfaces then it's hard to beat a Firestone Radial All Traction 23 degree. Their only real faults is that it's hard to get the radial lope under control at speed on the road and they do tend to peel on hot days if you're on asphalt... If you want a hard wearing tire on asphalt that is also good in wet ground conditions... then a Michelin AgriBib is the one to beat. Downside is that they are useless on hard surfaces because the lugs flex so much. And both the Michelin and the 23 degree Friestone Radial are worth more than your Oliver to buy a set of them..
