I love them too. I cut a deal with one such horsewoman who had agreed to pay handsomely for some hay to be baled and delivered to her barn by the wagonload. She wanted to see what field the hay would come from because "my girls can't have any alfalfa", so I invited her to see. She comes over, gets out of her fancy truck and walks directly over to a beautiful alfalfa stand right beside the driveway and proceeds to get on her hands and knees, crawling in it, proclaiming "this is the most beautiful fescue I've ever seen, is this the field my girls are getting?" Aside from not bursting out in laughter, I had a hard time breaking it to her that the field she was kneeling in was straight alfalfa and it was definitely not what she was getting. Little did she know that the field I was baling for her "girls" was just an old cow pasture that the neighbor wasn't using anymore.
