A buddy of mine had an uncle who was once both a Case dealer and an appliance dealer.
My buddy took me to his farm once when he wasn't home. There was a DC Case tractor with a 4" tree grown up through the rear wheel, probably new when parked, other similar stuff, combines and other machinery. A building containing refrigerators, ranges, etc. in what was left of the original packing with the roof fallen in on the building, etc.
The fellow had a house in town in a decent neighborhood. The place was such a mess that the city went in and cleaned it up. The city employees were cleaning up the lawn with a bucket loader while the truck drivers sat with the windows rolled up 'cause there was snakes dropping out of the stuff the loader was picking up.
My wife sold him a camper shell for his pickup once, but that's a story worthy of its own thread.
