My wife works in a doctors office in Canada. When visiting Americans have to come to the office they can't believe how cheap it is here. I think a regular doctor's office visit it's $25. (Canadian dollars, about $20 American) There is talk of putting it up to $50. When something happens like what happened to JD seller's wife, it doesn't affect your retirement at all. I'm jealous of your ability to carry guns but don't want anything to do with your health care. If you follow the money you will most likely find out that the most noise saying that Canadian health care is unaffordable comes from your health insurance companies and doctors, because they are making a killing off it.
