I pulled into a walgreens drug store with my handicapped wheel chaired brother, elderly mother and elderly aunt. All of them need and have handicapped things to hang from any auto mirror so I can get them as close to the entrance/exit as possible. They had two H/parking spots both were taken by one car. The car had no special plate or mirror hanger. I am very upset to say it nicely, I walk into the store to find out who's car it is...It's a fat lazy -----.she's standing in a long line,says she'll be out in a minute...WHAT? manager is sent to talk to me. I tell him what is the matter, I then ask him to call the police so she can be ticketed. He said he wouldn't call them that the woman would move it in a minute...Oh I am very mad now. The woman looks at me and says I'm sorry I glare back at her and say no you are pitiful and storm out...Some people...MTP...
