They want to make us scared of "it" so they can extract money to make "it" go away.
Global warming is just another bogey man on the list.
Even if you do believe, what makes you think we can stop it?
Even if the U.S. went to "0" emissions, which we can't, the rest of the world, think China,India,etc., is modernizing at a far faster pace than the U.S. did. What took us 100 years to do they will do in 20-30. At a far cheaper cost in general without all the added costs that our EPA creates. They are and will continue to out compete us with our own play book.
I do believe we should be good stewards of the enviroment, It's in our best interest. But at what cost?
