Either will work for you. I prefer the duo-grip for the lateral support. They are usually the less expensive ones also. I don't understand the add saying not to run the duo-grip on the road though. I've run mine on black-top several time and never saw any damage to the road. Of course that is during the winter when everything is frozen solid. They might damage it in the summer, but who uses chains in the summer?
