I use the metal ones that strap over your boots with nylon straps ( Not in the house ) They grip good in icy areas. I had a pair made to slip on with rubber straps and never again. the rubber straps will stretch and the cleats will fall off. $ 20.00 is cheap - compared to a broken bone. your choice.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
