Not a farmer(just 3 acres) but, I paid $300 for this old FMC rim clamp machine 8 years ago. Between me, the kids and the neighbor, I've changed at least 200 tires. About 4 years ago, I picked up a high speed balancer for $175. Now, I'm averaging $250 to put 4 tires on a car or tandem trairer and +- $350 for a pickup. Being able to do it any time of the day or week has been invaluable. One of the best investments I ever made.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion.
