Good looking patch of pictures! There are some homes in Hillsboro that look a lot like the ones in your pictures, A lot of nice stone work. There is a high school east of me That I know you would like to see. It was built be Edward Lee McClain and given to the town for a school back about 1914 and he spared no expences in building it. Think turn of the century rich and that's how it was built and looks on the inside. Back in 1979 I was in the school and the bath rooms were all white marble and brass (that shined) to give you an idea of what it looked like then. Its not a small school ether. You can look it up under Greenfield McClain high school or Edward Lee McClain to see a lot of pictures of it.
I really do like your pictures, I don't think there is any bamboo growing around hear. Good thing it might be worse than Johnson grass was.
