I admire people that are bold enough to paint their tractors sum colour other than original. A few years ago a guy in the area painted his Cockshutt purple. The purist would have a hissy fit, but the purple tractor won a lot of tractor pulls. So I guess the purple paint didn't have any effect on how it ran.
