With both batteries charged, as in being recently run and cranking over the engine normally, disconnect the batteries from the truck, and from each other. Let them sit a day or so. Monitor the charge on them, see if they go down or stay up. Then you'll know if it's batteries or a drain from the electrical system.
A simple test for drain is to use a test light. Be sure everything is off (including the hood light). Let it sit for a few minutes for everything to time out. Disconnect the right battery. Then clip the test light lead to the negative cable. Push the point of the test light firmly into the negative battery post. Carefully remove the negative cable from the battery WITHOUT BREAKING THE TEST LIGHT CONNECTION! If the connection is broken, you'll have to start over to get a good test.
If the light glows dimly, there is normal battery draw. If it glows bright, and there is a noticeable spark when the cable is connected/disconnected to the battery, there is something draining the battery.
