I'm 20 minutes outside Edmonton, we have snow on the ground with the possibility of more falling for a couple more weeks. Snow is usually melting or melted by the first week of April. Today it was 9C with a low of -2C. Lots of mud around. Still snow in Banff,normally able to ski into May at Sunshine Village.
I second the Reynolds Museum,i go at least once a year.Also worth a visit are any of the Western Development Museums in Saskatchewan, especially the one in North Battleford.
