There are a gazillion gimmicks out there, but I will ALWAYS buy into Lucas products without a second thought. They are the only (besides an ATF soak or something) additives that deliver just what they say and usually more. I can't tout the transmission additive enough. I put it in my school bus when reverse was no more and it didn't have the valve body pressure to shift through the gears. I did it to buy a week while a reman showed up.
I ended up putting another 10,000 miles on that school bus with that transmission shifting perfect. A school bus is not easy on a trans, either. I finally changed it because I got tired of worrying about it.
